Could this be the best combination of paint colours for a Modern Country kitchen colour scheme? The paint colours in question are deliciously chalky Farrow and Ball Pigeon and Farrow and Ball Shaded White.

And while I'm at it, these images, glorious though they are, perfectly demonstrate what I often tell my clients: that choosing a paint on the back of loving only one image is a sure-fire road to disappointment.

Look how much the colours vary in each space!

Each kitchen features the same Modern Country kitchen colour scheme but the lighting, room orientation and, most likely, post-production tweaking mean that at times they look very different.

By looking at all these images together, one question remains: could Farrow and Ball Pigeon and Farrow and Ball Shaded White, with their softly-softly grey-green leanings, create the perfect Modern Country kitchen colour scheme?

Is someone thinking of repainting her gorgeous kitchen???
ReplyDeleteYes! These are the colours I've been looking at for my new country house kitchen. Window frames are shadow white. Just need to decide on wall colours to tie in. I was also thinking Hardwick white instead of the pigeon. Thank you for these images, just perfect timing!
