I Want That Kitchen And I Want It Now




Hello chickadees,

Sometimnes an image comes along that blows me right away.
 I've had that first picture for a while and 
fell instantly in love with how it just oooooooooozes 
Modern Country Style.
{I think ooooooooooooooooooooozes should officially be spelt like that, don't you?
Oooooooooooooooooooooozing oooooooooooooooooooziness.}

I managed to track down the rest of the kitchen today.


Well, I say 'track down', as though it implies more than typing 
'Rawlins Calderone Design' into Google.

Not exactly Rocket Science.


I don't think it's a coincidence that Google 
has the word Ogle hidden inside.

{goOGLE.}

No coincidence at all.

    Yes, absolutely gorgeous, in a masculine, outdoorsy, slightly sexy kind of way (can a kitchen be those things..?) If this kitchen was a man, I would fancy him. Hoping that doesn't sound wierd!! xx

    when i get back to england do you think we can become real life bffs and then i can come to your house and stare at it in awe, and we can look at design magazines..and then when i get a new home there in sept you can come over and design it for me..

    How gorgeous are the island and shelves, not to mention the lighting and the dining table. It works beautifully with the darker colours and the light.

    That's it!! That IS my kitchen....well, no, not really. But it matches perfectly with what we are looking for - maybe put in mirrored splashbacks and happy days!!!

    PS - I'm back baby! Just have to get sick kids through the winter blerghs this week and then I'm *really* back :-)

    What a gorgeous kitchen! Reminds me of one I just saw on house crashers where they installed dark cabinets, concrete counter tops, and a reclaimed barn wood backsplash. I've been eyeballing my walls ever since...
